Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to get.restassuredbenefits.com, restassuredbenefits.com and calls made to the phone numbers shown on them (the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.

Please read Section 9 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions.

1. Who we are

RestAssured is a marketing brand of All Phone Leads, Inc. ("RestAssured," "we," "us"), an independent company. We are not an insurance company, and we are not an insurance agent or broker. We don't sell insurance, give insurance advice or make coverage decisions. We connect callers with independently licensed insurance agents. Their agencies and license numbers are listed on our Licensing page.

2. Who can use the Sites

The Sites are for people who are 18 or older and live in the United States.

3. No guarantee of coverage or price

Our quiz is a general check, not an application. A result that says you "may qualify" does not mean you are approved. Coverage, amounts, prices, waiting periods and benefits are set by the insurance company and depend on your age, health, state and other factors. Only an insurance company can approve coverage. Information on the Sites, including funeral cost figures, is general and may change; it isn't legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

4. How we're paid

Using the Sites and calling us is free. We are paid by the companies we connect callers with, which may include call-routing companies, insurance agencies and insurers. That compensation doesn't change what you pay for a policy.

5. Phone calls

Calls to the numbers on the Sites are recorded and may be monitored for quality, training and compliance. By calling, you agree to this. We don't use the Sites to collect permission to send you automated calls or text messages, and we don't call you unless you call us first or ask for a callback.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and is part of these terms.

7. Using the Sites properly

You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by interfering with how they work, copying them by automated means, or giving false information to agents. The text, design, images and logos on the Sites belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control or endorse them.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS, ADVICE OR PRODUCTS OF AGENTS, AGENCIES OR INSURANCE COMPANIES. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITES IS LIMITED TO $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Disputes and arbitration

Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, email info@allphoneleads.com with a description of the problem, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute about the Sites or these terms will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. For claims of $10,000 or less, we will pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees if you ask us to. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@allphoneleads.com within 30 days after you first use the Sites, with your name and the phone number you called from.

Governing law. Apart from the Federal Arbitration Act, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes and other terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date forward, and never to a dispute we already know about. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Sites.
